🔁 Returns & Exchanges

✅ Eligibility

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Shirts: If non-faulty but size-related, no exchange or refund is allowed .

  • Trousers with size issues also aren't eligible, except in cases of fault or damage frankshop.co.in+1frankshopwp.com+1.

🔧 Process

  1. Raise a return/exchange request within if you did receive the wrong or damage product only

  2. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds credit will be processed to a bank account provided by the customer frankshirt.co.in

  3. No reverse pick-up available: you'll need to ship the items back yourself, unless the product is faulty/damaged—if so, Frankshirt covers shipping charges frankshirt.co.in

💸 Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed once the product reaches the warehouse and QC verification passes, within approximately 7 working days frankshop.co.in.


📞 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it via an email (using the order email ID) to Hello@frankshirt.in 

  • Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible .
